For the third consecutive year, Mustard Seed is excited to return to INSEAD for the INSEAD Mustard Seed Pitching Forum. The forum brings forward talented entrepreneurs to pitch cutting-edge ideas that solve social and environmental problems, and to access acceleration and investment support from Mustard Seed if successful.
The Fall 2015 Mustard Seed Pitching Forum is organized in partnership with the INSEAD Entrepreneurship Club (IEC) and the INSEAD Organization for Social Impact (INDEVOR). It is a run up to the INSEAD Venture Competition (IVC), hosted by the Rudolf & Valeria Maag INSEAD Centre for Entrepreneurship. All IVC entrants are encouraged to participate in the forum and semi-finalists are given special consideration during the screening process.
The winning venture will be invited to London for a business plan workshop with Mustard Seed, as well as connecting with appropriate members from our network. Mustard Seed will cover the expense of two train tickets between Fontainebleau and London. The goal is to further the winner’s chances of becoming an investable enterprise. We will also be polling the audience at the conclusion of the pitches, and announcing an audience award.
We are Keen to Hear your Ideas
Submissions are now closed. Should you be successful, you will need to be available from 6pm for a pre-pitch briefing.
IVC Entrants – feel free to submit exactly the same materials you provided to the IVC, given you believe your idea has a social component incorporated. As this is a lead-up event, we do not want to duplicate your work.
All other entrants who are not participating in IVC, please prepare submission materials (deck or 2 minute video) that answers the following questions:
