This November, Emerge will once again be hosted by the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Emerge is a social innovation conference all about ‘what’s next’: the big ideas disrupting and challenging unjust systems and practices.
 
It brings together a community of those who are driving transformational social change, and those who want to get involved. At Emerge, you can explore new ideas, dig deeper into issues alongside experts, build skills, and immerse yourself in the innovations which are redefining our world.
 
Finalists of the Emerge Pitch Competition will have the chance to practice their pitch with experts in the field before the event. These expert mentors will help finalists fine-tune their presentations in preparation for the competition held on Sunday, 12 November at Emerge.
 
Winners of the pitch competition will receive prizes designed to help them grow their ventures. Both the judge’s choice and audience’s choice will win a greenhouse day with Mustard Seed in London and be connected to relevant members of the Mustard Seed network. The Skoll Centre is offering a cash prize of up to £2,500 to the winning enterprise.
