We are delighted to announce that we have signed the Women in Finance Charter, and pledge to improve the gender balance in our senior team.
At Mustard Seed we are driven by our ethos and guiding principles – humility, integrity, empathy, paying it forward and resilience. We are in this for the long haul.
Hence, Mustard Seed is committed to achieving at least 33% female representation in senior management by end of 2019.
We are conscious of the importance of fair representation at senior level to date and will be in the future. Thus, we want to continue improving in this direction towards at least 40% female representation in senior management by 2023.
